IMPEL– Spiritual Theme of the Month
THIRST: Within me there is a need; desires that I must fulfill. They are part of my “Plan” in life. Sometimes they are reawakened by my environment or people . . . and sometimes they are just present in my conscious from the beginning. Regardless, they are something within. I may allow them to be covered-up from time to time, but they are always there. It is my need to grow beyond; to out-grow limitations or restrictions I may have developed in my energy. It is not a hunger. It is more than that; it is deeper. It is a thirst. Hunger can be satisfied through material involvement (the outer). The “thirst’, on the other hand, is quenched through the spiritual (the inner). Although I have material goals, which are important to achieve, it is what goes on inside that creates fulfillment. This is the evolution process . . . and my Plan is to quench that thirst.
