Life is simple. Think for a moment. Every game you like is one in which you understand the rules, and every game you dislike is one in which you don’t understand the rules. Many people dislike themselves because they don’t have self-understanding.
If there is anything in life you dislike, it is because you have not taken the time to understand the rules in life. You have not learned to live patiently with yourself.
