Level 1 -3 Certification Training
Expressing your Inner Leadership to inspire others to lead themselves is the core of the Inner Peace Movement training programs. As an IPM Leader, you not only experience how to use your innate wisdom and inner guidance, but you also develop the confidence and skills to help people at all levels of self-understanding move to their next level.
You DO NOT have to take all the courses in a strand to teach a particular course. You need to be trained in what you teach.
New leaders usually begin by leading a group and evolve into teaching courses to other groups. Consultant training may come after one decides they want to provide the highest level of service.
Universal Instructor Certification Requirements
- To instruct new students, you need to have experienced the class, course, or techniques you want to teach. Example: a course to a group you are leading.To teach instructors how to teach a class, you need to have taken and have a current Teaching Level (T-Course) certification for the class you want to instruct.
- Take course 421: Professional Spiritual Instructorship Methods and maintain currency in the class by taking course 421-R (refresher) every two years. This course gives you the practice of spiritual methods and the knowledge, ethics, and high standards all Wayshowers College instructors maintain.
- Have a current Instructor Contract on file with the college.

Become certified to present the Orientation Lecture, Exploring New Spiritual Horizons Workshop, Lead Groups, and Group Work Techniques.
