Dr. Francisco Coll
Dr. Francisco Coll was one of the world’s foremost spiritual leaders from 1941 until his passing in 1999.
At an early age, Dr. Coll became aware of his ability to communicate directly with Spiritual Guidance. Over his lifetime, he formulated the wisdom he received from Spirit into over 700 specialized courses and hundreds of techniques that could be used by others desiring to fully develop their spiritual abilities and clearly establish a two-way communication with the Higher Spirit.

Americana Leadership College™
Originally formed as the Americana Leadership College, by Dr. Francisco and Maria Coll, dedicated to training professional, ethical, spiritual leaders. Its mission was to accelerate spiritual growth and empower individuals to pass it on, enabling others to do the same.
It taught people to share experience and truth without personal bias, keeping it pure and unaltered. This approach ensured that knowledge was passed on effectively, allowing others to surpass their teachers and achieve true freedom. Their ultimate goal was to help people help themselves and liberate their own potential.

Beginning in 2017 the need for a new global reach became necessary. An expanded college was formed with a clear mission to bring us into a new age: "Democratize Spiritual Work."
To reflect this refined mission and global reach, the Wayshowers College was born.

Wayshowers College President
Dr. Francisco David Coll (Tiger)
By the age of seven, Tiger had already traveled the world multiple times. As the son of Dr. Francisco Coll and Dr. Maria Coll, he grew into a sincere, humble, and wise soul. Raised within the supportive environment of Wayshowers College and its youth program, Tiger’s natural gifts and wisdom were nurtured and encouraged. By age 14, he was assisting in leading the youth program and sharing fundamental truths with others.
At 18, Tiger enlisted in the Navy and joined the SEALs, where he further developed life skills, high ethics, and leadership abilities. After his military service, he returned to assist part-time at Wayshowers College while pursuing various opportunities in different industries, embracing the philosophy, “Never take a job for money. Take it for what you can learn.”
Upon the passing of his father in 1999, Tiger took on the full-time leadership of the College, managing Dr. Coll’s business affairs and expanding its reach. Since then, he has led seminars, administered training programs, and directed the College’s global activities. Passionate about inspiring and supporting spiritual leaders, Tiger has also founded five non-profit organizations dedicated to making spiritual freedom a way of life.
Today, Tiger focuses on expanding the College and training leaders worldwide, driven by a clear motive: to share essential spiritual truths in the clearest manner possible. His life’s thrust, 'Rallying the Forces,' reflects his unwavering commitment to spiritual leadership and personal development.
