Universal Foundations by Tiger Coll – New Jersey

This two (2) day program is the first two days of Universal Foundations week long retreat given at the International Regrouping in Kauai, Hawaii.
Participants will regroup all the foundational concepts typically shared in the Lecture and 2 Night Workshop and beyond. We then begin exploring each of them individually through personal exploration, Regrouping and techniques.
The full 40 Hour Program includes: Energy work, Spiritual Goals, Practical Metaphysics, Inner and Outer Guidance, Healing, Meditation, Spiritual Contracts, Leadership & Teamwork and Standards & Ethics.
Over this weekend we will review most areas but will hone in on:
- Energy Work
- Spiritual Goals
- Practical Metaphysics
- Inner and Outer Guidance, as well as healing.
Tiger will also include some of the Hawaii International Regrouping experience within the weekend.
