Three Keys to Go Deeper

Are you interested in a way of being that unfolds as you live one breath at a time? That's a good sign—you're sensing something deeper awaits your discovery.  
 
1. You need knowledge and awareness. Without them, you'll be floundering.  
Life isn't about perfection or achieving some elevated state—it's about being patient in the beautiful Now. There's no need for you to rush towards the future when you're fully engaged with the unfolding of this moment.  
In your day-to-day that means you're not planning your spiritual growth three steps ahead. 
You go one step at a time. You're not criticising yourself for past 'mistakes' either; you see them as stepping-stones. You're just here, right now, dealing with whatever's in front of you, gaining more self-understanding today than you had yesterday. 
This means you can't afford to be ignorant of your innate sense of timing and of what you 
value most.  
How well are you paying attention to what's happening in your life? Are you looking 
honestly at your relationships with others? Do you know what energises you and what 
drains your energy? Where are things out of kilter? Once you search for insights, you can make better decisions about your direction. 
 
2. When you cleanse your energy, solutions become clear.  
With grace you can allow change. Give yourself permission to go with the flow. Take time to slow down, breathe and meditate. You do not have to force anything. When you cleanse regularly, solutions start appearing that you couldn't see before. You are creating space for solutions to emerge.  
You are the author of your life script. You hold the power to free yourself from limiting concepts, to tune into your true feelings, your good, kind, sharing, loving self. Other 
people, even your spiritual helpers, can make suggestions, but ultimately you make your decisions. And you follow that principle for others, simply making suggestions and letting them make their decisions. 
 
3. You need to ask your guides for help. 
Your spiritual guides—whether you call them angels, ancestors, master souls or universal 
consciousness—are always available to support you. They don't solve your problems for you, but they respectfully hold you while you discover your own solutions. 
Your answers are already inside you. Sometimes all you need is a helping hand to work things out for yourself. Because your guides respect your free will, when you ask for help, 
it gives permission for them to make suggestions. 
When you feel chills or goosebumps, you can trust you're in touch with your team of 
guides. Chills uplift and connect you to Source, the fountain of clarity.  
Whatever you choose to do, remember, you make your own decisions and you live one breath at a time.
