A Guide to Empowered Awakening

Are you busy caring for others, building a career or otherwise meeting expectations?  
Pause.  
Isn't it time to reclaim your personal power and recognize that you matter most of all to yourself? 
Empowered Awakening 
Empowered Awakening means giving yourself permission to prioritize your own growth and 
happiness without guilt.  
You recognize your inherent capacity to shape your circumstances and influence your 
environment.  
You cultivate confidence to act decisively and resilience to persist through challenges. This 
enables you to lift yourself and others up and create positive change in your community. 
GUIDELINES 
1. Be aggressive or passive at the appropriate times 
Choose your battles wisely: discern when to advance boldly and when to yield gracefully.  
You know by trusting your instincts when to engage and when to preserve your energy. 
Aggressive action is called for when you are pushing through obstacles that require determination. 
Passive observation allows you to avoid unnecessary conflicts that would drain your resources.  
Learn to read each moment accurately and respond with the energy that will be most effective. 
2. Be aware that all things are a means to an end rather than an end in themselves 
That perfect house, impressive job title, or status that drives you? They're just tools, not 
destinations.  
Avoid the trap of thinking external achievements will fill the void you're feeling. Focus on what 
these things can help you become, not what they represent to others. 
What really matters in the long run? You can navigate life with greater clarity for deeper fulfillment, personal growth, and meaningful contribution.  
3. Being True to Self is of immense importance 
Sensing "something is missing" is a signal.  Your true feelings of kindness, consideration, loving and sharing want full expression, regardless of anyone else's opinions. 
Living true to yourself means you feel aligned between your heart (inner truth) and head (outward actions). There's nothing 'missing' when you live with integrity.  
4. When you are unfailing, you light up 
Consistently show up for yourself and others. Then you become a source of light and stability. You can count on yourself to follow through on commitments to your own growth and well-being. 
This consistency creates a magnetic quality that draws others toward you and inspires confidence in your abilities.  
5. You need to undertake a 'mission accomplished' 
What is your most inspiring purpose? Having a clear purpose transforms daily life from routine to meaningful. With purpose comes direction and committing to its completion provides structure, meaning and ultimately fulfillment to your life.  
6. Open vistas bring horizons galore 
Say YES to learning new skills and unfolding your true identity. Each new vista reveals possibilities you never imagined. You have far more potential than you imagine. You are part of an endless cycle of growth and discovery. 
7. When you empty your mind, you can be creative 
Regular meditation when you simply sit quietly, cleanse your energy field and tune into your inner guidance can help you find your path forward. 
A receptive mind creates room for fresh insights and innovative solutions to emerge.

You hold more power than you think—and discovering it begins with attention. 
Now more than ever, it’s vital to pay attention to what's going on in your inner world. How are you truly feeling? Is your life seemingly happy on the outside, yet murky within? Are you smiling on the surface while something deeper feels unsettled? These moments of paying attention become your invitation to awaken. 
It’s easy to feel that power is outer: meeting expectations, fulfilling obligations, keeping up 
appearances. But what if your real transformation starts because you recognise your power – inner and outer? 
When you begin to awaken, you need connection to the higher vibrations of awareness that guide you inward. 
That is, with honesty and sincerity, you start drilling deeper—down to where the gold lies within. 
And what is that gold? Your true power, both inner and outer. It is knowing you are in charge of your energy.  
This means you pay attention to your own wishes, dreams, and desires—because you are a loving, caring soul and kind to yourself. You learn to better direct your energy for fulfilment.  
Your soul has purpose and plans. You are a force of love, clarity, and creativity.  
Pause. Breathe. Turn your attention inward. What feels right for you to be and do? Be it. Do it.

May Influence Your Life

I know for much of my life it seemed more of a case of drifting into things rather than making a 
firm decision to do something and stick by it. 
 
I kind of marvel at those seemingly driven people who seem to know what they want all the time. 
 
It was when I started questioning my existence in my late teens, that I started to look around for 
some meaning other than the day-to-day events of life. 
 
So my entry into investigating the Spiritual world started and I’ve found most things have some 
merit if they open you to more security, knowledge and sense of purpose. 
 
This is where a program I have worked with for many years has tools – readings and courses that 
helped me in this area. 
  
This is where I learnt to work with my Spirit Guides for Guidance/suggestions in my life when I 
want them.  
 
Think of them like your special invisible friends.  
 
Yes, we all have at least one. 
 
My sense of working with Spirit Guides/Angels and other souls has enabled me to find more peace 
and meaning in my life, and a bigger picture for myself and where I fit in the world.
