What do we do? We go to school, maybe study more, get a job, try not to get into too much trouble, be a good person, spend and save money, and eventually children may magically appear in our lives. We get a house, a car, and life goes on. That covers a lot of the physical and mental side of things. But then what?

It can be a real bonus when you take time to explore your feeling side—your sensitivity.
This is the inner, creative, happy you.

It’s not the heavy, push-push energy of the intellect with all its shoulds and shouldn’ts and rigid schedules, which can easily take over.

Some people want a little more understanding in this area. I’m one of them.
It’s the spiritual side that drew me in—yes, I was cautious!

But honestly, the sense of being a free soul in a physical body, with deeper purpose and renewed enthusiasm, is what gets me through.

I like having a big-picture view of life.
